Role Description  We are seeking a detail-oriented full-time Bookkeeper to join our on-site team in Moose Jaw, SK. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and maintaining financial statements, recording accurate journal entries, and ensuring the efficient use of accounting software to support the company’s financial operations. The role will also involve assisting with reconciliation and general maintenance of financial data.

Collaboration with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance is a key part of the role.
Qualifications   Proficiency in Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.

Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and creating Journal Entries.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Software and Finance concepts.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an asset.
Understanding of Sage 300
Certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
