Position: Actuarial Insights Analyst - Hybrid Role
CGIC seeks a Senior Actuarial Insights Analyst with a focus on portfolio performance insights in a hybrid work model. Enhance your analytical skills while contributing to Canadian financial services.

As part of the Auto & Home Pricing department at CGIC, you will lead initiatives that analyze portfolio results and deliver key insights. Your advanced actuarial modeling and analytical skills will enable you to forecast impacts and support profitability analyses effectively. Collaboration and communication with business partners are crucial in this role as you help drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor portfolio performance through developed tools

• Identify trends and deliver actionable insights

• Coach team members in actuarial best practices

• Manage small to medium project timelines

• Collaborate with business partners on profitability analyses

Requirements:

• Two years in P&C actuarial field required

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related discipline

• Expertise in modeling software and programming languages

• Progress toward ACAS or FCAS designation favored

• English fluency required;
French an asset
