In this entry-level role, you will specialize in researching and evaluating alternative investment opportunities. This position is ideal for candidates eager to explore niche markets and develop expertise in non-traditional investment strategies.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of alternative investment opportunities, focusing on real estate, commodities, precious metals, financial derivatives, cryptocurrencies and other trends.
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation spreadsheets to evaluate potential investments and forecast performance.
• Assist in creating detailed reports, investment memos, and presentations to support recommendations.
• Monitor the performance of existing alternative investment portfolios and suggest adjustments as needed.
• Analyze market data, economic indicators, and regulatory developments to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine strategies for incorporating alternative investments into diversified portfolios.
• Prepare visuals, including graphs and charts, to effectively communicate research findings and investment outcomes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and client discussions to provide insights and contribute to project success.
• Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, business, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Training or certifications in financial modeling are a plus.
• Progress toward professional credentials such as CFA or CAIA or FRM is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
• Interest in real estate, commodities, precious metals, financial derivatives, and cryptocurrencies will be preferred.
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and passion for exploring alternative investment strategies.
