Remote role in the investments industry at BMO, where you will provide investment advice to clients through inbound calls, onboarding, account access, trade orders, investment strategies, suitability conversations and support sales and service activities.

- Support clients in the inbound call queue, building trust and strong relationships.
- Determine individual investment needs and provide professional, customized advice.
- Handle onboarding, account access, trade orders, investment strategies, suitability conversations, and other client requests.
- Fulfill sales and service activities for clients in accordance with approved procedures.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant industry experience, OR a post‑secondary degree or diploma.
- Experience with BMO Investorline.
- Completed core proficiency components for IR licensing, including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook Course (CPH) or Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).
- Fluent in French and English.
Salary: $43,200.00 - $80,300.00
