Branch Office Administrator (BOA)The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) supports financial advisors and helps clients achieve long‑term financial goals. The primary role is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service through inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- Handle account‑related tasks such as opening accounts, processing account transfers, and preparing documentation.
- Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives.
- Participate in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year.
- Listen for changes in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.

- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management:
Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm‑provided software.
- Comprehensive 6‑month training with a peer mentor and support network that extends from the branch office to the region to the home office.
