This position reviews, creates, maintains and monitors capital project accounts, debt service information and related reports with minimal assistance. It also regularly audits capital projects for compliance with complex State and University regulations. Other responsibilities include the preparation of financial and ad‑hoc reports as assigned using SAP S/4

HANA and/or Tableau. Accuracy, timeliness, initiative and attention to detail are essential, as is self‑motivation, ownership of responsibilities, and the ability to seek needed information. This position is eligible to be considered for a hybrid in‑office/remote work schedule.

• Maintain capital project accounts and debt service information.
• Audit capital projects to ensure compliance with State and University regulations.
• Prepare financial and ad‑hoc reports using SAP S/4
  
  HANA and/or Tableau.
• Monitor related financial reports with minimal assistance.

• Proficiency in Excel and advanced functions.
• Experience with Tableau and other business‑intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 25 lbs.; sitting for long periods of time.

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)
