About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join a growing international asset manager that ranks among the world's top 25, with a broad and sophisticated investment platform. Based in Amsterdam, the Client Solutions Analyst will become part of the Solutions Distribution team, working closely with senior sales and client directors supporting institutional and fiduciary clients in the Netherlands.
The role offers a unique entry point into institutional asset management, with direct exposure to fiduciary solutions, bespoke mandates and strategic client engagements.
- Support the Head of Solutions Distribution and Client Directors in new client acquisition, RFPs, and strategic pitches.
- Assist the Client Directors in preparation of materials for fiduciary clients (investment policy).
- Assist the Client Directors and Sales Director in coordination around bespoke mandate definition and dependencies.
- Organise and support roadshows, educational events and special projects for prospective and new fiduciary clients.
- Maintain and manage the consultant database and coordinate globally.
- Assist in the Annual Investment Plan Cycle for Fiduciary Clients by liaising with investment teams to collect and organise plan content and support planning and execution of related meetings and deliverables.
- Maintain and enhance CRM records for sales activities, pipeline and pre‑win client interactions.
- Contribute to CRM‑related projects.
- Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and Dutch institutional asset management.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Flexible, dynamic, and well‑organised.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to develop further (e.g., CFA).
Our employees work in the office at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week. Some roles may require additional in‑office time or different in‑office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
CompensationThe estimated base salary for this role is €49,200 to €65,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based variable pay and benefits.
