With over two years in M&A, IPOs, or capital raising, you will influence AI systems that model complex financial situations. No prior AI experience is necessary, and you can work remotely at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review AI analyses of IPOs and M&A valuations

• Evaluate model performance on live-deal case studies

• Develop benchmarks reflecting real transaction dynamics

• Collaborate with global finance and AI experts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Investment Banking experience

• Strong background in valuations and transaction advisory

• Knowledge of corporate finance and capital structures

• Excellent written communication skills

• CFA, CA/CPA, or MBA preferable
