Nametag Inc is seeking a meticulous Staff Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our fully remote team in the United States. You will ensure accurate billing, oversee accounts receivable, and maintain strong financial hygiene across multiple revenue streams.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in financial operations, with the ability to work independently and communicate financial information clearly to various stakeholders. Familiarity with accounting tools such as Quick Books is a plus.
