You will take charge of the entire underwriting process from application review through to funding, applying your expertise in structuring deals effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Review incoming applications using advanced platforms

• Analyze and evaluate credit and deal viability

• Structure files to minimize submission risks

• Submit complete files to lenders swiftly

• Proactively manage workflow until funding

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of underwriting experience preferred

• Proven expertise in A, B, and alternative lending

• Strong ability with self-employed and complex files

• Familiarity with mortgage submission systems

• Excellent communication with clients and partners
