What to Expect as a Credit Analyst:Financial Analysis, Credit Evaluation & Decision Support:
- Analyze personal and business financials for potential and existing loan customers.
- Create comprehensive loan approval packages and identify any policy exceptions.
- Present recommendations to senior management and credit committees.
Portfolio Monitoring, Reporting & Data Management:
- Perform required monitoring of existing loan portfolio performance.
- Assist in the due diligence process for audits and exams.
- Maintain various loan related databases.
- Utilize Power BI to create loan reports.

- Education and Experience – Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance; prior banking experience.

- Remote role.
- Frequent communication in person, via email, text, phone or video chat.
- Regular PC usage, typing, sustained attention to monitor.
- Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
