Position: Senior FP&A Partner to Executives - Remote US

The Role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior FP&A Analyst to strengthen our US finance capability and act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders across commercial, operations, R&D and business development.

Reporting to the US VP of Finance, this role plays a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting and strategic decision support. You’ll work closely with Group FP&A and executive stakeholders across the US, UK and wider global organisation, contributing directly to value creation and long‑term growth.

Whilst this role is remote, we require the successful candidate to be based on the East Coast. They will be required to travel to our Greenville site approximately once a month and to our facility in the UK when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis, producing executive‑ready insights and visuals for senior leadership and Board packs
  • Own rolling forecasts, annual budgets and long‑range planning for all US operations
  • Act as a finance business partner to senior leaders, supporting informed decision‑making within budget and value‑creation frameworks
  • Partner with Market Access and Commercial teams on GTN monitoring, forecasting and financial analysis
  • Collaborate across Group Finance and the wider business to ensure financial and non‑financial data provides a clear view of performance
  • Work cross‑functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial and BD teams to build valuation models, P&Ls and investment cases aligned to Group policies
  • Support business development, in‑licensing and M&A activities, including NPV/DCF modelling, scenario analysis, due diligence and Board decision support
  • Own actual vs budget vs forecast analysis across all P&L lines through to EBITDA
  • Contribute to broader finance projects, including COGS reduction, pricing and reimbursement initiatives
About You
  • Qualified finance professional (MBA from a top business school and/or ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior FP&A or similar role, ideally within life sciences or pharmaceuticals
  • Advanced Excel modelling, Power BI and planning tools (Anaplan preferred)
  • Strong experience in US branded pharmaceuticals, including GTN analysis and commercial analytics
  • Hands‑on experience using AI‑enabled finance tools with appropriate governance and controls
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into clear insights
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, lean and high‑accountability environment
  • Experience with SAP S/4

    HANA

    , private‑equity‑backed organisations, SOX‑style controls and cash forecasting
  • Exposure to multinational finance, FX and intercompany environments
  • Transaction experience across in‑licensing and M&A, including post‑deal performance tracking
  • Advanced analytics or automation skills (Power Query, SQL, Python, Alteryx)
