About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on FP&A Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our Business Unit Presidents and the Executive Team. This is not a "back‑office" reporting role; you will drive profitability by modeling pricing strategies, analyzing churn, and optimizing margins.
Crucially, you will lead our financial transformation. We are moving from manual Excel‑based processes to Net Suite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB). You will be the architect of this transition, helping us build a scalable, automated financial engine.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Business Partnering- Drive Profitability: Partner with Business Unit (BU) Presidents to identify margin improvements. Model the financial impact of operational decisions, including price increases, cost rationalization, and headcount planning.
- Executive Decision Support: Handle high‑priority ad‑hoc requests from the CEO and SVP Finance. Provide clear, data‑backed answers to complex questions about portfolio performance.
- SaaS Metrics: Monitor and analyze key drivers, including GDR, NDR, churn, and ARR growth.
- NSPB Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Net Suite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB).
- From Excel to Automation: Systematically reduce reliance on manual Excel spreadsheets. Build automated data flows to ensure "one source of truth" for all financial reporting.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine the forecasting process to improve accuracy and reduce the time‑to‑close.
- Reporting Excellence: Own the preparation of the monthly Management Reporting Package, including variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget vs. Forecast) and executive commentary.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the consolidated annual budget and monthly rolling forecast processes across all business units.
- Team Development: Manage, mentor, and review the work of Financial Analysts. Foster a culture of attention to detail and high standards.
- The "Excel Master": You are a top Excel user (complex nested formulas, index/match, power query, dynamic modeling). You build models that are robust, audit‑proof, and scalable.
- The "System Architect": You understand that Excel is not a database. You have an aptitude for systems and data structure. Experience with Net Suite and NSPB is a strong plus.
- The "Detail‑Oriented Reviewer": You spot the error in row 450 before anyone else does. You take pride in sending out error‑free reports.
- The "Commercial Mind": You understand software business models (recurring revenue, deferred revenue) and can explain financial concepts to non‑financial business leaders.
- Experience: 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
- Industry: Experience in Software/SaaS or a multi‑entity/consolidated environment is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or CFA is preferred.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory. Experience with Net Suite or other ERP/CPM tools is a significant asset.
- Competitive salary, ensuring fair and transparent compensation.
- Global Team Collaboration—work alongside extremely talented professionals from around the world.
- Professional Growth Support with access to training programs designed to enhance your skills and expand your knowledge.
- Clear Career Progression and excellent opportunities for long‑term advancement within the organization.
- Comprehensive Health Benefits to support your wellbeing and peace of mind.
- Flexible Remote Work Options that empower you to balance work and life effectively.
