Key Responsibilities:

• Review AI-generated analyses for LBOs, IPO pricing, M&A valuations

• Evaluate model performance with live-deal inspired cases

• Create scoring rubrics reflecting real transaction dynamics

• Collaborate with quant researchers and fellow IB specialists

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Investment Banking (M&A, IPOs, restructuring)

• Proven deal modelling and transaction advisory expertise

• Solid knowledge of corporate finance and capital structure

• Excellent written communication skills

• Preferred: CFA, CA/CPA, or MBA in Finance
