As a Fraud Risk Specialist, you will monitor and investigate potential fraud across various systems, helping to maintain compliance with risk tolerance thresholds. Your expertise in payment methods, including Bill Pay and Interac eTransfer, will enable you to provide clear recommendations for risk management. Collaborating with clients, you’ll address increases in fraud indicators efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review transactions for fraud detection

• Analyze client and merchant transaction activity

• Provide fraud risk insights and remediation strategies

• Manage and respond to network alerts effectively

• Contribute to fraud policy development and updates

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of fraud investigation experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Strong analytical abilities and fraud knowledge

• Understanding of payments and recovery processes

• Advanced skills in Excel
