Loan Originator; Onsite or Remote

Are you a DYNAMIC licensed Loan Originator? Are you able to work with a Sales Manager or Branch Manager and prospective loan applicants to achieve loan approval and subsequent closing in a timely manner without sacrificing quality? Can you generate leads foryour business and reach established sales goals?

You will represent The Mortgage Firm, Inc. in the local community through active participation in community affairs and participate in marketing all of our products and services.

You should be able toverify and complete all required fields on the application documents as well as in Encompass;secure all proper required signatures and dates as needed;

Obtain all documentation and support information as required by the product(s) and loan program(s);

Provide loan disclosures that comply with federal, state, agency and/or investor guidelines;

Seek out and build relationships with third party business partners in the immediate community such as real estate agents, title companies, home builders, financial planners, etc.

The ideal candidate should have excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills, should be Proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook, have a strong working knowledge of standard loan products offered by FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC. We are looking for candidates with aminimum of 2 years' recent successful mortgage sales experience and youMUST be a registered mortgage loan originator in good standing with NMLS.

Some travel is required for this position and the position is paid on a strict commission schedule in accordance with CFPB.
