Position Overview

As a Licensed Financial Professional, you will work directly with clients to help them evaluate financial protection needs, implement appropriate insurance solutions, and develop long-term retirement strategies.

This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-based and tied to production and ongoing client service.

Responsibilities
  • Complete required licensing, training and continuing education
  • Perform needs-based analysis and develop appropriate recommendations
  • Educate clients on life insurance and retirement planning strategies
  • Assist with applications, underwriting coordination, and implementation
  • Maintain ongoing client service through periodic reviews
Qualifications
  • Professional experience in healthcare, business, sales, education, or other client-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Interested in building a long-term advisory practice
  • Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 60 days of onboarding

Additional Information

This is an independent contractor opportunity. Advisors are compensated through commissions based on the financial products and services implemented for clients. There is no base salary.
