- The Associate Advisor position is a full-time permanent role that is based in Edmonton and is aimed at helping the financial planning activities of individual clients.
- The employer will consider this position to be full time and the working hours will be those of the employer’s standard hours for a typical working week.

- The person filling this position will actively participate in the client’s positive perception by providing the advisers with the support they need during the planning.
- The Associated Advisor will engage in the development and application of planning tools and other internal systems.
- Experience an outstanding customer experience by responding promptly to their questions.
- Learn and use our award-winning product brand financial planning process.
- Utilize our financial planning software to create and modify financial plans
- Create, complete, and file the required compliance documentation.
- Investigate products approved for sale by IPC Securities Corporation and IPC Investment Corporation.
- Work with the Pinnacle Team to achieve Pinnacle’s objectives by supporting one another and training new members
- Build relationships with clients and have a desire to establish long-term client connections.
- Utilize technology to improve client’s experiences with our services
- Desire to earn a performance-driven salary
- Completion of post-secondary education within an area of business or comparable field.
- With a minimum of two years experience within the financial services industry.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC certification.
- Possession of an MFDA or IIROC license would be considered to be an asset.
- Possession of professional designations e.g., CFP, CIM, or equivalent would be beneficial.
