Position: Wealth Management Associate Hybrid Role
Pursue a rewarding career as a Wealth Management Associate located in Peterborough, Ontario, with a hybrid work schedule. This full-time position emphasizes mutual fund expertise and administrative support.

In this role, you will handle mutual fund documents, ensure compliance, and support the Wealth Management team with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include auditing transfer paperwork, reconciling trust accounts, and contributing to compliance efforts. By engaging with internal and external partners, you’ll enhance the service provided to Financial Planners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a mutual fund compliance expert

• Process and audit transfer-out paperwork

• Provide administrative support for the Wealth Management team

• Monitor the Credential Asset Manager trust account

• Generate essential reports to support operations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum two years of related experience

• Background in financial services is an asset

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Detail-oriented approach in all tasks
