Remote Collections Assistant Internship

As an intern, you will contribute to key processes in the Collections team while developing expertise in legal documentation and recovery strategies.

Your role includes coordinating actions, updating systems, and maintaining vital relationships with external parties to ensure successful recoveries and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage judgment and bankruptcy documentation for accuracy

• Coordinate timely decisions with management team

• Recommend solutions for non-standard legal requests

• Validate data in systems to meet recovery targets

• Liaise with external parties for documentation

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant program

• Experience in banking, accounting, or legal assistance

• Strong oral and written communication in English and French

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Bilingualism is essential
