Position: Remote Senior Engagement Representative Role
Become a pivotal team member at Forward Financing as a Remote Senior Engagement Representative. Focus on reconverting previous clients for funding opportunities while maintaining high performance metrics.

In this role, you’ll engage with clients who have paid their balances in full and strategize ways to bring them back into funding. You will thrive in a high-volume environment, operating an auto-dialer while leveraging Salesforce for efficient funnel management. Collaboration with internal teams will ensure optimal client outcomes, and you’ll help mentor junior representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client goals and present funding options

• Operate efficiently in a high-volume dialing atmosphere

• Keep Salesforce updated with lead status in real time

• Work cross-departmentally for effective funding results

• Provide mentorship to newer representatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced sales setting

• Adept with CRMs, especially Salesforce

• Excellent time management and organization

• Ability to handle rejection while aiming for “yes”

• Strong skills in discussing financial documentation
