Position: FinTech Product Lead - Hybrid Role

You will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and delivery of key financial systems rseeing a dedicated team of Product Managers, you'll prioritize product discipline and effective execution to modernize our legacy systems. Partnering with finance and tech teams will be critical to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the vision and strategy for Oracle ERP and financial platforms

• Lead a team of Product Managers with clear priorities

• Ensure reliable end-to-end delivery of financial systems

• Promote a data-driven culture for financial accuracy

• Track key metrics for system performance

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in product management with leadership experience

• Deep knowledge of ERP systems, especially Oracle EBS

• Proven success in handling data platforms

• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
