A Snapshot of Your Day In this role, you will support the financial controlling and reporting of projects across LATAM, ensuring compliance with commercial guidelines and maintaining financial accuracy. On a daily basis, you will work closely with Project Managers to monitor costs, track performance, and support forecasting activities. You will also contribute to cash flow visibility and support key financial decisions, helping to optimize project results in a dynamic, international environment.

- Support the monitoring of project costs, including actuals, commitments, and financial provisions, ensuring accuracy in SAP and reporting tools
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities, including revenue, margin, and cash flow tracking
- Assist in project financial reporting, providing insights to support decision‑making and project performance optimization
- Support operational finance activities such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and accounting entries
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across LATAM (Project Management, Finance, and other functions) to ensure alignment and compliance
- Support client‑related administrative processes, including documentation for invoices, guarantees, and financial instruments
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in project controlling or supporting international operations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive and structured approach
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non‑financial stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Fluent in English
You will be part of the Siemens Gamesa LATAM Finance team, a collaborative and dynamic group responsible for the commercial and financial management of large‑scale renewable energy projects across the region. The team works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, financial transparency, and successful project delivery in a fast‑paced, international environment.
