As an Agent Asuransi AIA Financial – Life Planner, you will help clients in Bogor and surrounding areas identify their protection and financial needs and recommend suitable AIA life, health, and savings solutions. In this full-time hybrid role, you will meet clients both in person and virtually, conduct financial needs analyses, and present tailored insurance and investment-linked products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, following up on policy applications, and providing ongoing service and policy reviews.

Daily activities include prospecting new clients, attending training and coaching sessions, staying informed about AIA products and market developments, and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. This position allows some work-from-home flexibility while requiring regular in-person client meetings and team activities in Bogor.

• Strong knowledge or interest in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Understanding of Insurance and Finance to explain product features, benefits, and risk considerations clearly and accurately.
• Ability to discuss and position basic Investments within long-term protection and savings plans.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a client-focused and ethical approach.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with targets in a sales or advisory environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Bogor, including field visits, office meetings, and remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial but not mandatory for highly motivated learners.
