Collection Specialist

• Daily review and management of accounts receivable aging reports.
• Maintain detailed notes on customer accounts and collection processes.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to resolve billing issues and improve customer relations.
• Identify and escalate issues contributing to account delinquency.
• Monitor assigned accounts and collection reports, ensuring timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 2-3 years of experience in a collections role or similar position.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with collection software such as People Soft or Net Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

• Prior corporate business-to-business collections experience.
• Associate degree or higher in Business or equivalent.
• Experience with Sage ERP system.
