Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist Hybrid Role

In this detail-oriented role, you will lead billing and collection activities, apply cash receipts, and negotiate payment terms. Your expertise will support our U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries, requiring strong communication, Excel skills, and the ability to adapt quickly. This position is ideal for someone with five years of experience in a multi-currency environment, contributing to our dynamic finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily billing and collection activities

• Run and post daily Bill Runs for invoices

• Apply cash receipts and prepare related journal entries

• Resolve invoice disputes effectively with customers

• Perform accounts receivable analytics for reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or diploma in Business or related field

• 5 years of relevant accounts receivable experience

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity setting
