We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, regardless of their background in financial professions, to join our community and become Financial Planners. We offer opportunities for individuals who are already Certified Financial Planners (CFP) or are seeking to become CFP through our scholarship program. As well as opportunities for full-time or part-time positions as financial planners within our dynamic community.

Your main responsibilities will include enhancing financial literacy, advising clients on financial foundation strategies, creating customized financial plans, and assisting clients with insurance and investment products as solutions to enhance financial inclusion.

- Career Switch Program (CSP)

Designed for candidates who are looking to transition into a full-time Financial Planner role. The program includes onboarding and a 3-month probation period. Once ready, participants can proceed directly to Full Time position (career switch). If additional preparation is needed, Candidate will go through development phase first.

Ideal for candidates seeking this role as an additional income opportunity. Candidate will follow the standard onboarding and probation process with a more flexible pace.

We require a minimum of a bachelor's degree and a genuine passion for personal financial planning or wealth management. Additionally, we value a strong desire to serve others, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills. A determined attitude towards learning and growth is a must. While prior sales or customer service experience is a bonus, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
