The team is looking for multiple resources that have recent experience on the pre-closing side of deals for both Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS).

They'd like to see someone that has experience in several different types of asset-backed transactions such as auto loans, credit cards, solar loans/leases, etc. (any type of consumer or esoteric asset).

Candidates should have a balance between the structuring side of transactions and the collateral side of transactions.

Direct experience from other public accounting firms (Big 4 or top 10) working on Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) related to securitizations seems to be a requirement –
PLEASE NOTE: they will not interview a candidate that doesn't have extensive AUP experience listed on their resume.

Experience could include reviewing/populating the offering documents related to transactions, working on the issuance side of the business, etc. CAS system experience would be great, as they use this daily.

This is a remote position, but there are hubs in NY and Houston, TX if candidates are open to occasional travel.

Duration: 7 Months with possible extension.
