Position: Full-Time Fractional Controller at Aspire CFO
Join Aspire CFO as a full-time Fractional Controller, enhancing financial operations for small to mid-sized businesses in a hybrid setting. This position includes remote work and on-site tasks in Concord, ON.

In your role as a Fractional Controller, you’ll oversee the financial activities of multiple clients, leading teams and ensuring accurate reporting and process automation. You will gain valuable insights from senior CFO mentors to drive improvement across financial functions and overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of bookkeepers and financial staff

• Automate client financial processes for better efficiency

• Ensure monthly financial books are accurate and complete

• Manage payroll, collections, and sales tax processes

• Prepare detailed financial statements and budget analyses

Requirements:

• CPA certification from a respected accounting firm

• 7–10 years in finance with 3–5 years in a leadership role

• Experience in redesigning finance functions for automation

• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities

• Effective at juggling multiple financial priorities
