Zurich Senior Actuarial Analyst - Remote

Shape the future of pricing in Commercial lines with Zurich Canada as a Senior Actuarial Analyst. This hybrid opportunity emphasizes collaboration in the P&C Pricing landscape.

As part of Zurich Canada, you will support the pricing of new and renewing businesses while collaborating with market-facing underwriters. Reporting to the VP & Actuarial Director, your role involves developing premium structures that align with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing strategy discussions and initiatives

• Consult on complex actuarial models and risk assessments

• Create pricing models capturing account complexities

• Communicate pricing algorithms and system requirements

• Evaluate portfolio performance and compliance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

• Near ACAS certification or equivalent with 5 Exams

• Minimum of 3 years’ actuarial experience

• Proficient in Excel and statistical tools like R

• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
