Position: Strategic Finance Director - Remote Role
Lead financial strategy and operations as a Finance Director in a fully remote role. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a diverse portfolio of software companies effectively.

You will play a crucial role in overseeing financial performance and integration across multiple businesses. This position requires a strategic finance leader comfortable operating in a decentralized environment. By driving processes and team development, you’ll help newly acquired companies implement financial best practices from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial operations across multiple entities

• Prepare accurate financial reports and audits

• Analyze portfolio risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Oversee accounting functions including tax compliance

• Supervise finance personnel to enhance productivity

Requirements:

• CPA required with a degree in Accounting or Finance

• 10+ years in finance roles with 3+ years managing teams

• Strong ERP proficiency, particularly Oracle Net Suite

• Ability to manage complex stakeholder priorities

• Keen analytical skills for strategic decision-making
