We specialize in developing bespoke solutions around the world, including wealth planning across successive generations and international borders, asset management with individualized risk management, loans, and deposits.
What You’ll Do- Develop, manage, and maintain overall client relationships, providing a holistic client experience and serving as the first point of contact for client complaints.
- Perform continuous market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities, focusing on acquiring new clients and assets while sustaining long‑term relationships.
- Proactively identify client lending and financing needs and involve lending specialists to enhance opportunities.
- Act as the accountable client owner for all Anti‑Money‑Laundering aspects of the relationship, ensuring timely completion of Know Your Client obligations and monitoring account behavior, including third‑party transactions.
- Collaborate closely with other coverage, product, and support functions to deliver Deutsche Bank’s value proposition and leverage other divisions where possible.
- Maintain the ability to develop other staff, e.g., analysts.
- Uphold the team’s operating rhythm, leading by example and demonstrating role‑model behavior.
- Act within professional, legal, and ethical boundaries, observing all internal and external compliance regulations and code of ethics; flag and manage reputational risks and conflicts of interest.
- Bachelor’s Degree required – CFA, MBA, or other advanced degree a plus.
- Strong understanding of the governing regulatory framework (RDR, MiFID II, confidentiality, data protection, and cross‑border rules).
- Established network of clients in the target coverage market.
- Detail oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and superior investment acumen.
The salary range for this position in Miami is $160,000 to $300,000. Actual salaries may vary based on skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications. The posted salary range does not include incentive compensation or other remuneration.
