* The anticipated salary range for this position is $115, USD Annual. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
** Position Summary
**** The Financial Reporting Manager is a remote role. We welcome applicants from any state to apply.
** We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented
** Financial Reporting Manager
** to oversee our financial reporting preparation. This role is responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and other ad hoc accounting requests. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting research experience.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Financial Reporting
*** Prepare monthly reporting package including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flows
* Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements including footnotes
* Coordinate reviews and annual audit with external auditors
* Assist in the adoption of new accounting pronouncements
* Perform accounting research and analysis as needed and serve as a technical accounting resource for the Company
* Assist in preparation and review of 401k and statutory financial statements
** Accounting
* ** Assist in the monthly accounting close process for certain corporate accounting areas
* Support special projects as needed, such as financial system implementations
** Qualifications
* ** 5 years of public accounting and/or financial reporting experience, preferably in a multinational environment that is either publicly traded or private equity backed
* Big 4 experience is a plus
* Strong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles
* Experience with Hyperion Financial Management is a plus
