AML Business Analyst:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for an AML Business Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position with a preference for candidates located around the Mt Laurel, NJ area.

AML Business Analyst - Job Description:
The project involves re-platforming currency transaction reports within the AML space. This role provides an opportunity to work hands-on with the Actimize tool, offering exposure to niche AML FinCEN business support functions.

AML Business Analyst - Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of professionals supporting CTR compliance programs

• Provide strategic and day-to-day direction on complex CTR program activities

• Oversee the execution of periodic and event-driven reviews using a risk-based approach

• Serve as the primary escalation point for CTR matters or exceptions

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during audits and examinations

AML Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with AML - 5+ years

• Experience with database (data governance, data lineage) - 5 years

• Experience with ETL - 5 years

• Advanced knowledge of best practices for data controls to mitigate data risk

• Advanced knowledge of common design of source to consumption data pipeline

AML Business Analyst - Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience on FinCEN Currency Transaction reporting regulation

• Actimize CTR and Act One experience

• Banking experience

AML Business Analyst - Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.
