As a full-time Tax Advisor & Preparer, you will directly engage with clients, leveraging your tax expertise and strong relationship-building skills. With a focus on minimizing tax burdens, your role encompasses tax preparation, accounting advice, and connecting Members with various FBC services. Reporting occasionally to the FBC Kelowna office, you’ll thrive in a client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored tax and accounting advice

• File T1 and T2 tax returns for clients

• Foster strong client relationships to encourage referrals

• Identify member needs and connect them to specialists

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in tax or accounting

• Proficiency in Taxprep and Xero software

• Experience with individual and corporate tax returns

• Strong client service and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
