Our client is a leader in the Life science Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to business needs, they are looking for a AR Collection Executive (Yearly renewable contract) to join their team. They are located in the West.
- This is a 1 year contract position (Renewable)
- This is a Hybrid working arrangement - Remote / Working from Home arrangement
- Contact clients to collect outstanding debts, ensuring monthly DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets are achieved
- Upload invoices promptly to customers portals
- Identify slow-moving accounts and elevate delinquent debts for further action
- Place customer accounts on credit hold when appropriate, based on delinquency evidence
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all client correspondence related to payments
- Handle accounts professionally to preserve positive customer relationships and reduce bad debt risk
- Investigate and resolve payment issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Uphold and represent the company's core values and deliver a positive customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
