Location: Virden
Join RFNOW as a Capital Assets Accountant in a hybrid position within Westman/Eastern Saskatchewan. This full-time role focuses on managing inventory and capital accounting for improved accuracy.
In this role, you will be responsible for capital asset tracking and inventory accounting processes using Net Suite. Your expertise will help identify discrepancies and optimize financial documentation, contributing to enhanced organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Inventory Management team for better alignment
• Ensure timely inventory adjustments and updates
• Maintain and enhance internal financial controls
• Conduct monthly and annual account reconciliations
• Prepare capital assets schedules for audits
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Familiarity with Net Suite beneficial
• Procurement experience considered an asset
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
