Key Responsibilities:

• Create draft annual and quarterly financial statements

• Involve in IPO planning and prospectuses

• Research accounting policies and provide recommendations

• Assist with budgeting, projections, and ERP implementation

• Coordinate and assist in client valuations

Requirements:

• Chartered Professional Accountant or equivalent credential

• Experience with public company audit or small business reporting

• Significant knowledge of IFRS accounting

• Independent work ethic with collaborative skills

• Strong ability to communicate with clients effectively
