Lead Finance Analyst – Internal Reporting (R-077112)
Johnson & Johnson Finance Solutions & Technology (FST) is recruiting for a Lead Finance Analyst – Internal Reporting. The role reports to the Finance Manager – Internal Reporting and focuses on Commercial reporting for IBP, PVM, and LRFP. Candidates will work from one of the following locations:
New Jersey, Beerse (Antwerp, Belgium), Wokingham (United Kingdom), or Zug (Switzerland). Remote work options may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis and with company approval.
This transformational role supports the development of enhanced reporting and analytical capabilities as part of the Signi Fi program, a multi‑year global finance transformation initiative that brings the latest technology and best‑in‑class financial processes to Johnson & Johnson.

- Design and deploy advanced analytical and financial reporting solutions across the organization, utilizing the Signi Fi systems architecture.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities at local, regional, and global levels by providing analytics, governance, and comprehensive training.
- Deliver insightful analytics and strategic recommendations to support both interim and long‑term management reporting objectives.
- Support the squad teams in designing and executing innovative solutions, ensuring that business processes and capabilities are integrated and deployed effectively.
- Partner with Data Design Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
- Partner with change management, communications, and training teams.
- Maintain the integrity of financial data analytics and uphold internal reporting standards across the enterprise.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance. Advanced degrees, certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP, MBA, or Master’s are preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of finance or accounting experience.
- Hands‑on experience developing reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable tools; experience overseeing data integration and modeling to create trusted financial data models and a single source of truth is preferred.
- Strong results‑oriented mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
- Pro‑active, collaborative across functions with strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information confidently.
- Ability to balance big picture with attention to detail.
- Diverse experience in Finance roles across multiple business units is a plus.
- Experience designing, implementing, managing FP&A processes/tools in a global organization is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial planning, reporting, analytics, review processes, SOX controls and USGAAP is a plus.
