This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer, based in Union, NJ, with some flexibility for remote work. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing and originating mortgage loan applications, developing client relationships, advising borrowers on financial products, and collaborating with underwriting teams to ensure smooth approvals. The role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service and meeting client needs with precision and professionalism.

• Expertise in Loan Origination and experience as a Loan Officer
• Knowledge in Finance and strong proficiency in Underwriting processes
• Customer Service skills with an emphasis on building client relationships
• Strong understanding of mortgage programs, products, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Licensure as required by federal and state regulations
• Prior experience in mortgage banking is preferred
