This is a full-time hybrid role located in Wheeling, WV, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for identifying and completing mortgage applications, guiding clients through the loan process, and advising them on the best loan products to suit their financial situations. You will ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, build strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals, and coordinate efforts with wholesale lenders for timely loan closing.

• Proven expertise in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and assisting with Loans
• Knowledge of Underwriting standards and ability to evaluate borrower eligibility
• Foundational understanding of Finance related to mortgage products and processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client and partner relationships
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services industry preferred
• Proficiency in loan origination and underwriting software is a plus
• State licensure or certifications as required by law (NMLS  recommended)
