Quickbooks Billing Consultant
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated billing consultant to lead the transformation of our billing processes, which are currently managed manually using Excel. The successful candidate will design and implement a scalable billing solution that seamlessly integrates with Quick Books, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and control.
Responsibilities- Assess current billing processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Design and implement optimized billing workflows.
- Recommend and deploy solutions that integrate with Quick Books.
- Establish controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the integration process as needed.
- Optionally assess tax compliance and accounting structures.
- 5–10+ years of experience in billing, accounting operations, or process improvement.
- Hands‑on experience with Quick Books and system integrations.
- Experience in process automation.
- Proven ability to execute full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in invoicing and billing systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and project control.
- Management skills and procedure analysis.
- Project management expertise.
Cutting‑edge billing technologies, focus on process optimization and efficiency. Dress code is business casual. Remote work available after the initial week; candidates must be local to the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex.
Job Type & LocationContract position, hybrid (office weekly and remote), based in Farmers Branch, TX.
Pay And BenefitsHourly pay range: $45.00‑$60.00.
