Quickbooks Billing Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated billing consultant to lead the transformation of our billing processes, which are currently managed manually using Excel. The successful candidate will design and implement a scalable billing solution that seamlessly integrates with Quick Books, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and control.

• Assess current billing processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Design and implement optimized billing workflows.
• Recommend and deploy solutions that integrate with Quick Books.
• Establish controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the integration process as needed.
• Optionally assess tax compliance and accounting structures.

• 5–10+ years of experience in billing, accounting operations, or process improvement.
• Hands‑on experience with Quick Books and system integrations.
• Experience in process automation.
• Proven ability to execute full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in invoicing and billing systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and project control.
• Management skills and procedure analysis.
• Project management expertise.

Cutting‑edge billing technologies, focus on process optimization and efficiency. Dress code is business casual. Remote work available after the initial week; candidates must be local to the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex.

Contract position, hybrid (office weekly and remote), based in Farmers Branch, TX.

Hourly pay range: $45.00‑$60.00.
