Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily banking transactions and reconciliations

• Prepare accruals and general ledger adjustments

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations thoroughly

• Investigate discrepancies and work on resolutions

• Provide backup support for accounts payable functions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Post-secondary degree in Finance or Accounting

• Deep understanding of reconciliations and financial controls

• Proficient in Excel and knowledge of Sage 300

• Strong customer service and communication skills
