Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is a key member of the finance team responsible for providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision‑making, and improving financial performance across the organization.

• Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and assessment of risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities.
• Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Build and improve mechanisms that enable enhanced business performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and other finance units.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management.
• Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Mentor more junior team members.

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, including the ability to create dashboards and visual reports.
• Superior analytical skills, business judgment, and the ability to communicate with a management team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Safelite Home Office (7400 Safelite Way, Columbus, OH 43235). You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.
