Location: This position is based in Coralville, IA, Des Moines, IA, Fairfield, IA, Madison, WI, Joplin, MO. A hybrid work schedule is available, with a mix of in-office and remote work to support collaboration, flexibility, and business needs.

WhatYou’ll Do Discover & Design Client Roadmaps
- Consult with clients to clearly ascertain their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses, and assets.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans by leveraging client financial data and maintaining knowledge of industry best practices.
- Implement strategies that align directly with each client's unique long‑term monetary goals.
- Offer strategic guidance regarding vital risk management strategies, including insurance coverage, annuity products, and debt management tools.
- Educate clients on available products and services.
- Exceed customer expectations daily by delivering accurate, efficient, courteous, and professional service.
- Perform ongoing market research to stay current with financial trends and macroeconomic shifts.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and security processes within the financial industry to safeguard sensitive client information.
- Complete all mandatory training and continuing education required by FINRA.

CompensationThe anticipated base salary ranges from $55,000 to $80,000, depending on your professional background and active licensures. In addition to base pay, this position includes eligibility for bonuses based on variable compensation, rewarding your impact on firm growth.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related area of study.
- Valid FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses are highly preferred. We will consider non‑licensed individuals under the agreement that they successfully obtain full licensure within three (3) months of employment.
- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry is highly desired;
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is a strong plus. - Strong understanding of investments, risk management tools, and asset management strategies/analysis.
- Self‑starter, problem solver, goal‑oriented, and a dedicated team player with excellent oral/written communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in an office environment.
- Work on a computer for long durations.
- Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
