Salary range: $78,000.00 to $. The specific salary offered will be based on qualifications, experience, and market analysis. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.
Employees participate in a Hybrid workforce model, providing a combination of remote work and office presence. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of their office location, and hybrid work may not be permitted for certain roles.
Role Description- Managing the issuance and booking of daily margin calls for bilateral derivatives.
- Facilitating margin call disputes, reconciliations, and resolution.
- Reconciling non‑cleared derivatives trading per Dodd‑Frank and EMIR regulatory requirements, ensuring portfolio completeness and escalation of threshold breaches.
- Reviewing and tracking daily portfolio differences related to MTM and SIMM exposures.
- Escalating discrepancies appropriately to relevant internal or external parties.
- Assisting with ad‑hoc requests related to management and investigation of operational issues.
- Supporting monitoring of process gaps and making recommendations on technological changes.
- Participating in projects and planning related to industry initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business, or related area.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Banking & Financial Services, ideally in Collateral Management, Liquidity Management, or derivatives operations.
- Understanding of derivative trade structure and trade flow management, especially impacts on daily valuations.
- Knowledge of Credit Support Annex agreements, ISDA conventions, and regulatory rules (CFTC, EMIR).
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Excellent analytical, detail orientation, and time‑management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative working with clients, operations, and technology teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills for complex, uncertain situations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with independence.
- Experience with Tri Resolve, Acadiasoft, or IMEM.
- Working knowledge of collateral management, margin call processing, and regulatory requirements for non‑cleared margining.
- Knowledge of collateral optimization.
