Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients and financial advisors. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support and Training- Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
- A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
- You'll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year

Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management
:
Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor, processing account transactions, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support
:
Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor; handle scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes with SOP updates, and execute on the branch business plan. - Technology
:
Demonstrate strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
