Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• You will independently manage accounts payable and receivable, including account reconciliations and dunning procedures.
• In addition to processing payments, you will prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, manage cost accounting, and assist in the creation of analyses and reports. Furthermore, you will handle VAT returns, complete tax returns, and contribute to quality assurance in the financial department.
• You will handle general administrative tasks, process project invoices, and support the optimization of existing workflows and processes. Depending on your experience and profile, you will assume additional professional responsibility in more complex financial matters and actively participate in the further development of internal structures.

• Following your commercial training, you have already gained several years of professional experience in financial administration or accounting. Ideally, you have further training in finance and accounting or are currently undertaking such training.
• You are a structured, solution-oriented, and responsible individual with a quick grasp of concepts and a high degree of independence.
• Furthermore, you possess the following experience and skills:
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance or administration
• German - fluent Oral and Written
