As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the Corporate Controller and play an essential role in supporting operational leaders. You’ll analyze performance metrics, lead the budgeting process, and support financial decision-making to drive business success. Your expertise will help integrate new software for enhanced reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as finance partner for operational teams

• Conduct thorough analyses of job margins and costs

• Lead budgeting process and quarterly forecasts

• Prepare detailed financial statements and reports

• Collaborate on software integration and process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field

• 6+ years of financial analysis or corporate finance experience

• CPA designation is an advantage

• Proficient in advanced Excel and data analysis

• Experience with ERP systems, especially Net Suite
