Financial Planning Director

Position: Financial Planning Director in Hybrid Role
Take the lead as a Director, FP&A, and influence key financial strategies in our hybrid work environment. This role combines budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to optimize our organization's financial health.

Effective candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance and over six years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance. Your expertise in financial modeling and tools like Power BI will support the development of insightful management reports and decision-making analyses. A proactive mindset and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual budgeting process and cycle

• Prepare financial forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Create and optimize KPI dashboards for leadership review

• Analyze variances in budgets and financial performance

• Collaborate on strategic projects to drive profitability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• 6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience

• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI

• Familiarity with SQL and ERP systems

• Excellent communication skills and results focus
